A 28-year-old woman who was threatened by her 35-year-old brother who wanted to attack her with a knife was defended by her boyfriend early on Tuesday morning.
There was a quarrel in the house of the mother of two brothers, accompanied by a lot of pushing, threats and insults. The situation couldn’t be more serious because the girl’s boyfriend stood up and came to her defense.
The 35-year-old man was still furious and went to the kitchen to get a knife. Once again, the boyfriend’s intervention was worth it as he managed to protect his 28-year-old partner and push his attacker onto an outside balcony.
PSP officers were called to a house in Bairro dos Pescadores where they found the suspect on the balcony with a sharp weapon and very upset.
He was very angry and insulted the patrol, who tried to stab him.
Given his aggressive stance, he was handcuffed and detained by agents, who took away the knife with an 11-centimeter blade with which he threatened them.
The person was identified, charged and brought to court.
