Nadia Joseph-Gosin, a British woman, died at the age of 33 early in the morning on her wedding day in Trinidad, Cuba, where she came to marry her boyfriend, with whom she had been in a relationship for five years.
The woman spent several weeks in the countryside with her fiancé Devon Gosin and their 10-year-old son. As a result, Nadia died in her sleep next to the groom early in the morning on the wedding day due to liver failure.
“She was the love of my life. We have been preparing for it for the rest of our lives. It’s very difficult,” said Devon Gosin.
According to daily mail, the man noticed that the bride was not sleeping well, but thought that this was all due to nervousness before an important day. However, around 2:00, Devon realized that Nadya was unconscious and called the medics, who unsuccessfully tried to resuscitate the woman for 45 minutes.
“It happened suddenly. At least she didn’t have to suffer,” said Devon, who now takes care of her stepson like her own.
