“These substances are in no way used in everyday life or in military affairs. The presence of heavy metals may indicate an intention to poison a specific person,” the secret official said.
The woman married Kirill Budanov in 2013, and since 2021 she has been working as an adviser to the Kyiv City Council. She has a higher education in psychology and has already worked as a volunteer in several Ukrainian hospitals.
The head of Ukrainian intelligence has already been the target of several poisoning attempts both before and after the declaration of war in the country.
