A 34-year-old man was arrested this Wednesday on suspicion of killing an eight-year-old boy in Loma Colemnar, Spain.
On December 19, Mohamed Abdesselam was found lifeless with a severe blow to the head and half naked. The minor disappeared the day before after playing football near the house.
According to the newspaper country, a detainee with a criminal record, lives next door to the house where the child lived. So far, nothing is known about the motives for killing the child.
The boy’s family has already responded to the detention of a 34-year-old man. “We’re glad it’s not someone from our area,” Mohamed Abdeselam’s father said tearfully on Wednesday after the suspect’s arrest.
