This Friday evening, the Association Desportiva de Árvore Forças Segurança Unidas delivered 60 baskets of food to families in need in the municipality of Vila do Conde.
In addition to the association made up of members of the security forces (PSP and GNR), firefighters and private security specialists, the solidarity action also included the collaboration of the Albergue de Peregrinos de Vairão, the groups Ajuda Hoje and Árvore em Movimento and the Civil Society Association of San Salvador.
In addition to food baskets, toys were also delivered to children from low-income families.
“The happiness of these families, especially children, is most important to us. We will continue to promote such actions, especially during the holidays, always trying to help as many families as possible,” says Bruno Brini, President. Associação Desportiva de Arvore Joint Security Forces.
