A woman was arrested after attacking three flight attendants with a fire extinguisher at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport in Atlanta on Wednesday evening.
The warning was issued around 21:30 local time. ABC News. The footage captures the moment when a woman removes a fire extinguisher from her seat and begins to use it against flight attendants.
The situation was quickly brought under control, despite the intruder spraying the contents of a fire extinguisher and hitting the police when they intervened.
According to the TV channel, immediately after the arrest, the woman began to behave erratically, even spat at the police officers, after the attack, three victims developed respiratory failure, and they had to be rescued on the spot.
The motive for the attack is unknown and an investigation is underway. The attacker was taken to the Clayton County Jail.
