Do you like sleeping naked, but are you afraid that it might be harmful to your health? A new North American study shows that people who sleep naked are more confident and have happier, more fulfilling sex lives.
A study conducted by Avocado Green Mattress and OnePoll analyzed differences in behavioral tendencies between people who sleep naked and those who wear pajamas. The survey was conducted among two thousand people.
According to the study, Daily mail had access, two-thirds of respondents who slept naked emphasized that the practice stimulated their sex lives. Moreover, nearly three-quarters of participants who had this preference said that this type of sleep improved their relationship with their partner.
Despite the benefits of sleeping naked, research has shown that more than half of people in this group (55%) said they have nightmares.
The study also found poor sleep quality among most respondents, although those who slept naked had slightly better sleep quality.
According to a recent National Sleep Foundation survey, about 12% of Americans sleep naked.
