A 29-year-old man reportedly died at an engagement party at his home on Sunday in Australia. Independent. The police officer slipped on the floor and severed an artery, resulting in serious neck injuries.
According to the publication, relatives and friends still tried to save the man, but he died of bleeding shortly before doctors arrived at the scene.
“Everything was done to try to save him, but it turned out to be impossible. I know that everyone involved is very hurt right now, and I think they would like to wake up from this nightmare,” says agent Colonel Blanch.
Liam Trimmer, a British citizen, moved to Australia to become a police officer. Blanche described him as “an outstanding officer.”
