Auchan Cuida plan includes:

• Unlimited general practice video consultations of up to 90 minutes (24 hours a day, 7 days a week).

→ Do you have allergies, urinary tract infections, dry cough, flu or cold, tonsillitis symptoms (sore throat), back pain, diarrhea or need to renew your prescription? The Cuida plan is perfect for you! It costs just €7.99 per month and for each additional beneficiary you only pay €5 per month more, making this plan very effective for dealing with situations like this.

The Auchan Cuida Plus plan includes:

• Unlimited video consultations with a general practitioner;

• Doctor at home (by prior referral via telemedicine);

• 6 video consultations on mental health (psychiatry and/or psychology) per year;

• 6 video consultations on nutrition per year;

• 6 nutritious side dishes in-store and/or online purchases per year;

• Availability of medical devices at a very affordable price (70 euros with access to a complete set consisting of a thermometer, oximeter and blood pressure meter);

• 2 Auchan Live Saúde events per year.

→ All conditions for only 17.99 euros per month. For each additional beneficiary the client pays only 12 euros more per month. This plan allows you to regularly monitor your mental health and nutrition for just 17.99 euros without additional payments, as well as a doctor at home.

Auchan Cuida Premium Plan includes:

• Unlimited video consultations with a general practitioner;

• Doctor at home (by prior referral via telemedicine);

• 12 video consultations on mental health (psychiatry and/or psychology) per year;

• 12 video consultations on nutrition per year;

• Unlimited nutrition monitoring of in-store and/or online purchases;

• Access to a set of medical equipment (50 euros with access to the entire set);

• One request for a second medical opinion via video consultation per year;

• One video consultation on travel medicine per year;

• Access to programs from Digital healthsuch as weight loss, smoking cessation, mental health, high blood pressure and diabetes;

• 12 Auchan Live Saúde events per year.
