Portugal’s Prime Minister-designate Luis Montenegro this Saturday condemned the “terrorist attacks” in Moscow that left at least 60 dead and 145 injured in a concert hall.
“I strongly condemn the terrorist attacks in Moscow. The barbarity of terror is always intolerable,” Luis Montenegro wrote on the social network X, formerly Twitter.
The SDP leader expressed “dismay” and expressed “solidarity with the victims and their families.”
On Friday, gunmen opened fire on spectators at Crocus City Hall, a large concert hall in western Moscow that seats 6,200 people.
The attack occurred as people gathered to watch a performance by the Russian rock band Piknik.
The building caught fire and the roof collapsed.
