King Charles III reappeared in public this Sunday, accompanied by Queen Camilla, following the announcement of his cancer diagnosis in February. Carlos attended Easter Mass in Windsorn, England, according to the report Reuters.
According to Buckingham Palace, all public events have been canceled so that the king can continue treatment to fight the disease.
This Sunday was an exception, and after Mass, King Charles III came outside and greeted and exchanged words with several people outside St. George’s Chapel, the place where his mother, Queen Elizabeth, is buried.
Prince William and his wife Kate Middleton did not attend the Easter celebrations. Kate is also undergoing preventative chemotherapy after announcing she has cancer.
