The Spanish police arrested a young man in his 20s, an ethnic Portuguese, La Felguera, from the municipality of Langreo in Asturias, who escaped last year from a youth center where he was serving a juvenile sentence for murder.
According to the Spanish newspaper El Comercio, the young man had already been discovered in the La Felguera area in August last year, but he managed to escape after a brutal attack on a government agent.
This time he also attacked the agents, biting, punching and kicking, but was eventually arrested and taken to the police station. The young man is also charged with other crimes related to violent robberies.
During the detention, 16 counterfeit ten euro banknotes were seized. The detainee was again taken to the youth center.
