99.4% of users said they were satisfied with the work of the Emergency Medical Service in 2023. This is the result of a satisfaction survey conducted among 1,184 users selected at random.
The questionnaire also stated that of these 99.4%, 37.3% reported that their level of satisfaction with INEM was excellent, followed by 60.1% who were very satisfied and 2% who said they were just satisfied. These data relate to telephone communications, the actions of rescue teams and transport to the medical center, the INEM statement explains.
Regarding the telephone service provided at CODU, 98.4% said they were satisfied with the wait time.
Regarding the time it took for rescuers to arrive at the scene, the majority of respondents (66.1%) reported that they were very satisfied.
“This high level of satisfaction is a reflection of the dedication, competence and commitment of all INEM operational staff to the daily work of providing pre-hospital emergency medical care to all citizens who need it,” INEM said.
The Ambulance Service also states that in 2023, it received 257 calls, responded to more than 1 million 500 thousand emergency calls and activated more than 1 million 400 thousand funds.
