Several suspects attacked a bank branch and several vehicles with explosives in Sao Paulo, Brazil, overnight and early Monday morning. In accordance with globeSo far this Friday, two men have been arrested and another died during clashes with local police.
Surveillance footage from the first crime shows two suspects blocking streets around the bank with rifles to steal money and blow up the branch. The action lasted about 30 minutes, the criminals opened fire on the police, as a result of which they threw some of the money and explosives.
On another occasion, at least ten suspects blew up two cars in Cordeiropolis. The hooded men got out of the two luxury cars they were traveling in and collected money into black bags from the completely damaged cars.
On the same day, a third attack occurred: a car driven by Luis de Queiroz in Rodovia was shot at. This time the robbers failed to complete the crime. Military police also reported that an abandoned burning car was found near the scene of the incident.
On Tuesday, two suspects were arrested and one man died. During a search of the deceased’s house, police found explosives, ammunition, radio communicators and more than 20 thousand euros.
