PSP Porto arrested a 25-year-old man for drug trafficking. The detainee and two other suspects were driving a Renault Laguna when they were approached by PSP agents on Rua Professor Doutor Padre Francisco Carvalho Correia in Porto this Friday. Agents approached the driver and admitted that they had a Hansa with them. He eventually pulled out pink ecstasy tablets and two hashish tablets from his backpack.
But while PSP officers were checking the car, a citizen alerted authorities that three men were seen going in and out of the garage of a building on Rua Engenheiro José Guimarães.
The 25-year-old said he “didn’t come into the building to steal anything, but he did have a small outbuilding in the garage where he stored drugs.” In the outbuilding, they were found bolted to the floor and locked with a key on which was written “MOVE AND YOU WILL DIE!!” Inside the safe were several records of hashish, digital scales, various materials for cutting, dividing and packaging drugs into several individual bags.
