According to the EFE agency, citing judicial sources, two friends who accompanied the victim on the night of December 30-31 last year at a disco in Barcelona were also harassed by Dani Alves.
Both told the judge what they had already stated at the police station, namely that before taking the victim to the bathroom where the attacks and rape were to take place, Dani Alves also approached them with obvious sexual intent.
One of the girls told the judge that the Brazilian approached her with his arms wrapped around her waist, and the other even touched her genitals, which made them feel “uncomfortable”.
The judge reminded the latter that she could condemn what happened, but she refused so as not to diminish the sexual abuse suffered by her friend, which was indeed much more serious.
