A 43-year-old woman was found dead this Monday in a burning house on Rua Bico da Cavada in Salreu, Estarreia, Aveiro district, a fire service source said.
The alarm about the fire on Rua Bico da Cavada in the Salreu district was raised at around 8:30 a.m. and 12 operators and four vehicles were mobilized.
In a conversation with Lusa, Estarreja fire chief Joaquim Rebelo said that while fighting the flames they found a “burnt victim.”
According to the same culprit, the body will belong to the owner of the house.
The commander reported that by 11:30 the fire had already been extinguished and the house was “almost destroyed.”
The judicial police (JP) was called to the scene to investigate the case.
