Speaking before the entrance to a meeting of EU foreign ministers, Josep Borrell said that this week, which marks the first anniversary of the start of Russian military aggression against Ukraine, will be marked by discussions in various forums on how to speed up the supply of arms. , namely ammunition to Kyiv, since this is undoubtedly the “most pressing issue” at this stage of the war.
