On American TV CNN, significant evidence of the conviction was the video that Paul Murdo had recorded before he was killed. In the video, one of the family dogs can be seen near the kennel on the Murdo property and Alex’s voice can be heard, which indicates that he is at the crime scene. The man always denied that he was there at the time of the crime.
The famous lawyer was unaware of the existence of the video and stuck to his story until he came across the images in court. However, Alex Murdo continued to deny killing the family.
