The Sao Tome State Ministry accused 23 military personnel, including former military chief of staff Olinto Paquete and current deputy chief of staff, of torturing and killing four people during an attack on military headquarters in November.

We are talking about the attack on the Morro barracks in Sao Tome, which took place on the night of November 24-25, after which three of the four civilians who acted with the complicity of some military personnel were identified and, as the organizer of the attack, and then detained by the military, were subjected to brutal treatment and died on the same day at military installations.
