A North American CBS meteorologist collapsed on air this Saturday during the KCAL news program in the US as she prepared to give a weather report.

Program hosts Nichelle Medina and Rachel Kim were broadcasting to Alyssa Carlson Schwartz when the moment came.

“Alice, IIt’s really the calm before the storm,” Nichel says. The meteorologist rolls his eyes, tilts his head forward and falls over. The hosts, visibly shaken by the situation, announce that the program will be interrupted.

Later, the channel’s information director spoke about Alice Carlson Schwartz’s health in statements to TMZ. “Our colleague Alyssa Carlson had health issues during the 7am news this morning. I want to thank the colleagues who took immediate steps to calm Alyssa and call 911. Alyssa was rushed to the hospital. There will be new news soon. Alyssa will be in our thoughts and we pray that she gets better soon.”

However, the episode is not an isolated case. Alice was in a similar situation a few years ago. The meteorologist threw up on stage during a weather report while she was at another station in 2014, promoted by TMZ. At that time, he was diagnosed with heart disease.

On the social network Instagram, Alyssa Carlson Schwartz rested her subscribers. “Thank you for all the recovery posts as I am recovering from a head injury. I have been discharged from the hospital and feel well, ”the message says.
