“We have opened a new student residence in Campo Pequeno. We are working daily to increase the supply of housing: through the public and private sectors, social and cooperative sectors,” the mayor wrote on Friday. “There is no shame on the face at all. Disrespect to everyone,” was one of more than 500 comments.
“This does not solve any problem,” the critic also writes, and in another comment he refers to the fact that “you should not be ashamed.”
The Lisbon Academic Federation refused to attend the inauguration. “We received an invitation, but decided not to go. These expenses are beyond the reach of most university students,” he told reporters. cm President Catarina Ruivo, stressing that she is not opposed to private initiatives as long as they are “accompanied by public commitment at affordable prices.”
ABOUT cm tried to get a response from the Lisbon Chamber, but received no response.
