A three-year-old zebra escaped from a zoo in Seoul, South Korea this week after the death of her parents.
Animal named Sero became depressed after the death of his parents and began to refuse food. In accordance with washington postSero escaped from his enclosure Thursday afternoon after breaking a wooden fence. He was later seen running through the busy streets of Seoul, to the shock of witnesses. The driver told local media that the zebra was driving down the road when it crashed into his car.
After zoo officials reported him missing, Cero was found by firefighters next to a broken bicycle, which operatives suspect was the animal’s work. He was sedated and captured three hours after the escape.
Sero is healthy in his enclosure, a zoo spokesman said, quoted by the Washington Post.
