During the final charges, the prosecutor stated that she had no doubt that it was Claudio who shot Diogo and his friend.
Prosecutors are calling for Claudio Pereira to be convicted of attempted murder, completed murder, possession of a prohibited weapon and attempted robbery.
TO cmPoliana Ribeiro, the 17-year-old’s lawyer, says the defense will ask for special treatment for young people. “Claudio is only 17 years old. He spoke to the team, but, of course, he was very nervous, ”he notes.
The family of the deceased Diogo Pereira is asking for a compensation of 600,000 euros to guarantee the future of his son Diogo, who is currently accompanied by a psychologist.
