The fact that Donald Trump will not be handcuffed during his arrest comes from an agreement between his lawyers and the Manhattan prosecutor’s office, one of the lawyers for former US President Joe Takopina, quoted by Reuters, said.
“I don’t know how it will happen. There is no manual that describes how to prosecute the former president of the United States of America in criminal court,” Tacopina said. “At first we were all shocked. We did not believe that they would really go for it, because there is no crime here, ”he added.
