Albanian police are looking for a Portuguese man for the murder of a businessman born in this country. The crime took place a week ago, and now the authorities have issued arrest warrants for Ruben Saraiva, four Britons and an Albanian who came from the UK to carry out the sentence.
The crime may be related to the Albanian mafia and will be a contract killing. In a conversation with the press, police commander Muhamet Rumbullaku identified the Portuguese as the shooter who killed Ardian Niculai in Lezhe.
The execution was filmed and shows how, according to Albanian authorities, Ruben Saraiva enters the premises where the owner of the hotel business was located and shoots seven times.
The group reportedly managed to escape and return to the UK.
