As part of the commission of inquiry, the OSChS sent two more requests, one of which concerned “emails hidden by the Ministry of Infrastructure.”
Thus, the Social Democrats ask the Ministry of João Galamba “all emails from 2020 inclusive exchanged between TAP and any element of the Ministry of Infrastructure”, namely: Pedro Nuno Santos, Joao Galamba, Hugo Méndez, María Araujo, Eugenia Cabasu, Frederico Pinheiro. and ministry office.
The Social Democrats also ask Parpública in another request for “mandatory instructions or letters from the government, addressed to Parpública and requested by this organization, regarding TAP, namely regarding the buyout of the share capital, in 2017, 2020 nationalization and privatization 2015”.
The PSD asks the Judicial Police to send “a copy of the record of the mentioned incident” and “a description of the procedures adopted for the preservation of evidence, namely for the preservation of the computer that will be delivered by the SIS to the SP.”
On Wednesday, the CPI at TAP approved IL’s proposal for an “immediate hearing” on Minister Joao Galamba, deciding to also hear the rehabilitated deputy Frederico Pinheiro and the chief of staff to the chief of infrastructure.
The BE’s request for “documents and/or files classified by the National Security Administration, as well as other documents/files related to TAP, stored on the office computer of Deputy Minister of Infrastructure Frederico Pinheiro” was also unanimously approved.
