According to the SP, “the victims, although embarrassed, complied with the aforementioned practice, given the situation of addiction they found themselves in, as well as the disregard for alleged medical procedures.”
A court source confirmed to Lusa that the doctor in question is an orthopedist at the Padre Américo hospital.
