Four establishments were suspended due to a lack of hygiene conditions in the parish of Santa Maria Mayor in Lisbon, following a joint inspection by several authorities in which 60 notices were issued for various violations, the PSP said this Saturday.
In a statement, the Lisbon Metropolitan Command of the PSP said that the operation was carried out this Friday, targeting several establishments located in this parish in the center of Lisbon, with the participation of the PSP, the Food and Economic Security Authority (ASAE), the tax office. Administration (AT), Tax and Customs (AT), the Labor Conditions Authority (ACT) and Social Security.
Among the protocols on administrative offenses, the SAPP amounted to five, four of which entailed a complete stop in the work of the inspected enterprises due to the lack of sanitary and hygienic conditions and other violations identified in the field of food safety, as well as 223.5 kg of meat. also withdrawn unfit for consumption.
According to a statement from the Lisbon Metropolitan Command, AT issued 21 administrative violation notices for various violations of tax regulations, such as issuing incorrect invoices and the treatment of goods in circulation.
During this action, AT also seized tobacco because the manufacturers had expired brands.
The PSP issued 10 notices of administrative violations, six of which were due to the absence of an incorrect video surveillance badge (collection of video images), two due to lack of a schedule and non-price products, and two due to failure. The fire extinguisher is expired or installed incorrectly.
As a result of this action, ACT also collected 16 investigation reports into employment contracts and seven investigation documents into social security services.
