The second-highest level of snow storm warning came with a blue warning for cold wave, strong wind and bad weather, the official Global Times newspaper reported this Monday.
The expected snowfall, which local press reports said began on Saturday in parts of the Inner Mongolia (north) region and which usually occurs between late November and early December, is expected to be intense with exceptional snow accumulations. dense in localized areas, especially in southeast Heilongjiang Province (northeast).
