Prime Minister of Iraqi Kurdistan Masrour Barzani has already condemned the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps attacks on Iraqi Erbil in a publication made on the social network X.
“I condemn in the strongest possible terms this cowardly attack on the people of Kurdistan. I call on the federal government of Baghdad to take a principled stand against the violation of the sovereignty of Iraq and the Kurdistan Region,” Barzani said.
Iraqi diplomacy also announced the creation of a commission of inquiry to prove to “Iraqi and international public opinion that the allegations of those responsible for these reprehensible acts are false.”
