A Carris Metropolitano driver was attacked with sidewalk stones at the Pontinha terminal, on the border of Lisbon and Odivelas, in a scene recorded on amateur video and causing much outrage. But PSP has not received any message about the incident and is trying to find out what happened and contact the attacker.
TO CMPSP says career “1709 belongs to Carris Metropolitana” and that upon contact The company said through its customer support line that “there is no dedicated department that can report whether an incident has been reported, the date, time, registration of the vehicle involved and identification of the driver.”
The PSP states that it requested this data by email from Carris Metropolitana “so that it can be checked, in addition to the data mentioned above, whether the company has already filed a corresponding complaint, so that, if not, this PSP can prepare a corresponding report.”
