North American President Joe Biden surprised all journalists this Thursday by confusing Vice President Kamala Harris with Donald Trump, shortly after confusing Vladimir Putin with Volodymyr Zelensky.
“I would not have chosen Vice President Trump to be my vice president if I thought she was not qualified to be president,” said 81-year-old Joe Biden.
