The PSP is investigating an attack by four youths on a man on a public road early Monday morning in Portimao. Until this Friday, the victim did not file a complaint with the authorities.
Judging by the video, which CM Having access, a group of youths began to attack a man in Rua da Vila Rosa, who tried to escape but was pursued by his attackers. The victim was punched and kicked several times while he was restrained on the ground.
Two attackers, ages 18 and 19, have been identified and charged, according to PSP. That same night, young men caused disrespect in a bar in Praia da Rocha by throwing chairs at the doors of the establishment. The PSP made a report on the incident, but no complaint was filed. The investigation is trying to establish the motive for the attacks.
